– 2 large stalks of celery
– 1 cucumber
– 4 medium baby carrots

Recipe #2:
– 2 large stalks of celery
– 1 cucumber
– 1 green bell pepper
– 1 handful of cilantro
– 1 inch of ginger (optional)
– 1 lime (optional)

Recipe #3:
– 2 bitter melons
– 1 cucumber
– 1 green apple (optional)

Recipe #4:
– 2 bitter melons
– 1 large zucchini
– 4 leaves cabbage
– 4 leaves kale
– 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Recipe #5:
– 1 cucumber
– 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
